Cancellation policy for registrations:
1. If a delegate has to cancel his/her registration before 25 November 2016 the full registration fee will be reimbursed
2. If a delegate has to cancel his/her registration After 25 November 2016, the 80 % of registration fee will be reimbursed (20 % penalty charge)
3. 100% cancellation charges will be applied for cancellations received after 05 December 2016.
4. No-shows will not qualify for a refund.
5. Refund is issued by bank transfer, within one month from receiving the request, with the same name as that mentioned on the receipt note
