Certificates.

All attendees will receive an online questionnaire two weeks after the event to the email address provided at registration. Once this form has been completed, the certificate will be sent immediately to the same email.

*The program credit hours can be used for Professional Certificates recertification e.g. CPHQ, CPPS,…etc.
